PUBLIC HEARING 6:35 PM
Public hearing to receive public comment regarding a proposal in reference to possible disposition of real property. The subject property is a 7.26-acre vacant land property located at approximately 200 South 500 West, Fillmore, Millard County, Utah 84631. The property consists of one tax parcel: Parcel F-162. The site is unimproved and is predominantly characterized by vacant land with an residential orientation within the Historic Capitol Project Area.

Public hearing to consider opening and amending the Fillmore City 2026-2027 fiscal year general & sewer fund budgets to account for and appropriate $500,000 in the general fund surplus funding to account for additional expenses incurred during and after the Widemouth 2 Fire, and $600,000 in the sewer fund surplus funding to account for additional expenses incurred for engineering and design services related to the sewer lagoon expansion project. The purpose of this public hearing is to receive public comment regarding the proposed budget amendments.

b. Discuss and possibly approve inclusion of Qwik Trip development in the Inland Port Authority area - Jenna Draper (Utah Inland Port Authority)
c. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 26-16 opening and amending the Fillmore City General Fund and Sewer Fund budgets to appropriate $500,000 from the General Fund surplus to General Fund revenue accounts (for flood mitigation work), and $600,000 of Sewer Fund surplus balance to Sewer Fund revenue accounts (for new sewer lagoon project).
