- NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE 26-06 South Ogden City hereby gives notice that on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, the South Ogden City Council passed Ordinance 26-06. This ordinance adopts a City Center Master Plan, including all maps and appendices; and establishing an effective date. This ordinance will be applicable to all residents in South Ogden City. A copy of this notice or the ordinance can be viewed or obtained by visiting the Office of the City Recorder, 3950 Adams Ave., South Ogden City, UT, 84403 or by calling 801-622-2709 to request a copy.
