- NOTICE AND AGENDA CENTRAL VALLEY TOWN PUBLIC HEARING AND TOWN COUNCIL MEETING August 19, 2026 Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 52-4-2, UCA, 1953 as amended, that the Central Valley Town Council will hold a Public Hearing and a regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at the Central Valley Community Center, 50 West Center Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows. The order of business may be changed as time permits. Public Hearing - Water Rate Structure Public Comments: Close Public Hearing: 1. Meeting Called to Order: Welcome; Pledge of Allegiance; Invocation 2. Review, Discuss & Approve: Minutes - July 15, 2026 3. Review, Discuss & Approve: Monthly Financials - July 2026 4. Department and Council Member Reports: David Nielson (Roads) Susan Outzen (Planning & Zoning) Ron Cropper (Parks) Joe Reynolds (Water) Mayor Gary Barney - 5. Review & Discuss: Water meters 6. Review, Discuss & Approve: Brian subdivision. 7. Review, Discuss & Approve: Updates with Josh Christner, Town Attorney - Canal conversion - status - Honus Busk - status 8. Adjournment: I hereby certify that the foregoing notice and agenda was posted on the Utah State Public Notice Website www.utah.gov/pnw/ , Central Valley Town's website www.centralvalleytownut.com , on the Central Valley Facebook page, the Community Center lobby and delivered to each member of the Central Valley Town Council; David Nielson, Susan Outzen, Joe Reynolds, Ron Cropper.
