Notice of Public Hearing The Washington County Planning Commission will be holding a Public Hearing regarding a proposed zone change from the OSC-20 (Open Space Conservation 20-acre minimum lot size) zone to the OST-20 (Open Space Transition 20-acre minimum lot size) zone. The parcel under consideration is 3001-TR-STL which is 798.01 acres in size and is located approximately 3 miles north of New Harmony, Utah, in Section 2, Township 38 South, Range 13 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, near the Washington County and Iron County border. The applicant is Dusty Pulsipher. The Washington County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing regarding this matter on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 1:30 PM in the Washington County Administration Building Commission Chambers at 111 E.
