Description/Agenda: TWIN CREEKS SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. §§ 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503, notice is hereby given that the Twin Creeks Special Service District (the 'District') intends to prepare an impact fee facilities plan and impact fee analysis, with respect to the following public facilities: sewer. The geographic area where the proposed impact fee facilities will be located consists of the entirety of the District's service area. Dated this 13 day of August, 2026.
