Notice is hereby given that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at 7:00 PM, TUESDAY, August 25, 2026, in the City Council Chambers, located at Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to rezone 1.5 acres of property located at approximately 1242 East Pheasant View Drive currently zoned R-1-6 (Single Family Residential) and R-S (Residential Suburban) to R-2 (Single and Two Family Residential) to accommodate facility expansion request.
