MEETING
Notice is given that the Snowville Town Council will hold its regular monthly meeting on Wednesday, the 12th of August 2026, at the Snowville Town Hall, located at 20 West Main, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:30 p.m.

Acceptance of the Agenda and Acceptance of Minutes from the Previous Meeting
Carson- The Town Council needs to review the Town Zoning Map and review the Master Plan and Goals from Elwood before adopting.
Quote for the new Garbage cans- $3,060.00
UDOT Permit for the Snowville Sign (Keep it or not).

Box Elder County Sheriff (3 min) -
Forsgren (Eric Dursteler) (5 min) - Truck Stop hooking up to the Snowville Town water/ Source Protection plan for the West Well.
Snowville Fire Department (3min) - Need a resolution to adopt State, County Fire Restrictions inside Town limits.
Snowville EMS (3 min) - Sending Cami Pugsley and Mackenzee Harris to AEMT (Advanced) for-$3,909.98.
Snowville Clerk (3 min)-
Snowville Deputy Clerk/ Treasurer (3 min) - talking about putting late charges on the water bills. An amount of 10% or a flat rate of $15.00 or $20.00.
AJ Morgan - Water Operator (3 min) Telemeter System for the Well is being fixed.
