A. MOTION AND VOTE FOR ITEMS 1 - 6
1. A Resolution of the Town Council of Virgin Town, Utah, Approving a Non-Exclusive Telecommunications Franchise Agreement with FIF St. George, LLC, d/b/a InfoWest, d/b/a Go Fiber, and Authorizing the Mayor to Execute the Agreement.
2. A Resolution of the Town Council of Virgin Town, Utah, Adopting the Virgin Town Water Shortage Contingency Plan.
3. An Ordinance of the Town of Virgin, Utah, Providing That the Virgin Municipal Code (VMC) Be Amended by Adding a New Chapter to Be Numbered Chapter 2.16, Providing for the Creation of the Position of Qualified Building Official, the Selection of the Qualified Building Official, and the Principal Duties and Responsibilities of the Building Official.
4. Approval of the Independent Contractor Agreement between Virgin Town and John Postert for Building Official and Building Inspector services, and authorize the Mayor to execute the Agreement on behalf of the Town.
5. A Resolution of the Town Council of Virgin Town, Utah, Authorizing Changes to Authorized Signers on the Town's Bank Checking Account at Zions Bank.
6. A Resolution of the Town Council of Virgin, Utah, Adopting the Groundwater Protection Study Prepared by Sunrise Engineering, LLC.
