- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice of Annexation Public Hearing Sigurd Town, Utah (Issued Pursuant to Utah Code §10-2-810, and Class B Notice Requirements under §63G-30-102) The annexation petition, map, and supporting documents are available for public review at Sigurd Town Hall, 595 North State Street Sigurd, Utah Monday-Thursday 9 am - 5 pm. The Sigurd Town Council will hold a public hearing to receive public comment regarding the proposed annexation on August 19, 2026 at 6:45 PM at Sigurd Town Hall, 595 North State Street Sigurd, Utah Certificate of Posting The undersigned, duly appointed Town Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice was posted within the Sigurd Town limits on this 5th day of August, 2026 at the following locations: 1) Sigurd Town Hall 2) Sigurd Town website at sigurdtown.gov 3) the Public Notice Website: http://www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html /s/ Gary Hart Sigurd Town Clerk Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA) NOTICE OF SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION DURING PUBLIC MEETINGS In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Gary Hart at 435-896-4645
