A. Kent and Denise Haddock, Coordinators for JustServe - To present Hyrum City and its Mayor Steve Miller with recognition plaque for becoming a JustServe City.
B. Misti Hamaker, Rezone R-2 to C-2 - Discussion with the City Council to consider rezoning from Residential Zone R-2 to Commercial Zone C-2 located at 400 West Main Street.

A. Resolution 26-24 - A resolution authorizing Hyrum City to pick up a portion of Hyrum City's fire fighter's member retirement contribution with the Utah Retirement Systems.
B. Ordinance 26-15 - An ordinance amending Chapter 2.12, Section 2.12.010 of the Hyrum City Municipal Code, to provide for adjustments in the salaries of officers and employees of Hyrum City specifically the Justice Court Judge.

A. Discussion of a proposal to sale outside of City Limits electrical infrastructure.
B. Consideration and award of bid for the 2026-2027 Road Rebuild Projects.
