Request for Proposals (RFP) - Town of Altamont Attorney
The Town of Altamont is accepting sealed proposals from qualified attorneys or law
firms to provide Town Attorney services.
RFP Schedule:
RFP Available: August 3, 2026
Proposal Submission Deadline: August 12, 2026 no later than 5:00 p.m.
RFP Opening: August 12, 2026 during the regularly scheduled Town Council
meeting
Award Decision: August 19, 2026 during a scheduled Town Council meeting
held for the purpose of awarding a contract to the selected attorney.
Proposals must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 12. Late submissions
will NOT be considered.
All proposals received by the deadline will be publicly opened on August 12, 2026
during the regularly scheduled Town Council meeting. The Town of Altamont will
evaluate proposals based on the criteria outlined in the RFP and anticipates selecting
the successful proposer during a scheduled Town Council meeting held for the purpose
of awarding a contract to the selected attorney on August 19, 2026.
Interested parties may obtain the complete Request for Proposals by contacting the
Town of Altamont or visiting the Town's website.
The Town of Altamont reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive
informalities in the proposal process when it is determined to be in the best interest of
the Town.
