NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
WOODLAND HILLS CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Woodland Hills City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Woodland Hills City Office, located at 690 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, Utah, to receive public comment regarding proposed amendments to Title 10, Zoning Regulations, of the Woodland Hills City Code.
The proposed zoning code amendments include revisions relating to:
- Definitions and standards for primary and secondary driveways;
- Building permits, temporary certificates of occupancy, and certificates of occupancy;
- Setback requirements for corner lots and accessory buildings;
- Swimming pool fencing and safety requirements;
- Recreational vehicle, boat, and camping trailer parking;
- Residential driveway width, grade, drainage, culvert, and roadway approach standards; and
- Parking and loading facility design and surfacing requirements.
The Planning Commission will receive public comments and consider whether to recommend approval, modification, or denial of the proposed amendments to the Woodland Hills City Council.
The proposed amendments may be reviewed at Woodland Hills City Hall during regular business hours or by contacting the City Recorder at 801-423-3900 or by emailing recorder@woodlandhills-ut.gov
Interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and provide comments.
