An ordinance amending the Official Zoning Map of Draper City for approximately 1.67 acres located at approximately 12430 S. 700 East. Known as the 12430 S. 700 East Zoning Map Amendment Request. Staff report by Todd Draper.
6.b Public Hearing: Resolution #26-38
A resolution of the Draper City Council authorizing the filing of an eminent domain action to acquire real property for the improvement of the Lone Peak Parkway Project. Staff report by Traci Gundersen.
6.c Action Item: Ordinance #1721
An ordinance of Draper City amending Titles 6 and 9 of the Draper City Municipal Code related to short-term rentals. Staff report by Todd Taylor.
