- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at St. George City Offices located at 61 S Main Street, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a request to consider a Planned Development Amendment to the Atkinville Interchange Area Zone Plan, Planned Development Commercial (PD-C) zone. The applicant is seeking approval of the design and site plan for an office and commercial building of approximately 32,658 square feet. The property is generally located east of Pioneer Road and north of Sun River Parkway, in St. George, Utah. The applicant is Rosenberg Associates, represented by Jared Bates. The proposed project will be known as Pioneer Office Building. Case No. 2026-PDA-017.
