Description/Agenda: Invitation Syracuse City invites architects/engineers to submit a bid for a comprehensive, quality and value-based design for a new Public Works Operations Center building, equipment storage, and remodel of the Main Office building. Bid packets may be obtained from our website: https://syracuseut.gov/Bids.aspx Addendums, if any, will be posted to the city website. These must be acknowledged with a signature and date on the Addendum that will be submitted with the bid. Bids must be received by Syracuse City Public Works, 3061 South 2400 West, Syracuse, Utah, 84075 no later than 4:00 P.M. MDT on Thursday August 20, 2026. Late proposals will not be accepted. A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held Thursday August 12, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. MDT at Syracuse City Public Works. Syracuse City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept any bid that best serves its needs and is in the best interest of the city.
