- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE RECOMMENDED DEVELOPER AGREEMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Manila Town Council will hold a public hearing on THURSDAY, AUGUST 13, 2026, at 6:05 p.m., or as soon thereafter as feasible, in the Town Conference Meeting Room, located at 145 E Hwy 43, Manila, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comments regarding the PINNACLE AT FLAMING GORGE, DEVELOPER AGREEMENT for a 12.54-acre parcel located at 265 W Hwy 43, Manila, Utah. The Planning and Zoning Board recommends that the Town Council approve the applicant's request to develop the property as a mixed-use subdivision consisting of commercial and lodging uses. Public comments are encouraged and may be submitted in person at the public hearing or in writing by email to jennifera@manilautah.com. Written comments must be received no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the meeting to be included in the Town Council's review. Comments may also be submitted during regular business hours at the Town of Manila Office, 145 E Hwy 43, Manila, Utah 84046.
