NOTICE OF A PROPOSED ZONE CHANGE FROM R-4 AND R-2EC TO MIXED-USE (MU-25H) You are invited to attend the Ogden Planning Commission Public Hearing on August 5, 2026, at 5:45 pm in the City Council Chambers, 3rd Floor, Ogden Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard. This hearing will consider the following: A zone change from R-4 (Multi-family Residential) and R-2EC (Two-family residential East Central) to Mixed-Use (MU-25H) for properties along and near the west side of Harrison Boulevard between 24th Street and 25th Street. The proposed zone would allow a mix of residential, office, personal service, and commercial uses in accordance with master plan standards. A map of the zone change and a list of property owners whose property included are enclosed. The proposal may be viewed at the Ogden Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, during regular business hours, or online at www.planningnotices.ogdencity.com. The owner of property that is proposed to be rezoned may file a written objection within 10 days following the first public hearing. Each written objection will be provided to the Ogden City Council.
