Consultant Opening Presentation - (10 minutes) a. Opening presentation by the consultant team highlighting their approach and qualifications III. Interview Questions - (30 minutes) a. Board questions asked in rotation by board members IV. Follow up Questions - both Board and Applicant - random - (15 minutes) a. Follow up questions from the board b. Opportunity for consultants to ask questions and provide final clarifications V. Board Discussion - (10 minutes) a. Consultant team excused b. Board discussion of consultant teams responses
