PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The ALPINE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION hereby gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 4, at 6:00 pm at Alpine City Hall, 20 North Main Street, Alpine, Utah.
The city will be receiving public comments on the following items:
- Review of a proposed development agreement that will regulate the use and development of land at parcel #11:054:0449 on Healey Blvd
- Discussion of a proposed zoning code that will include the adoption of detached accessory dwelling units
- Review of text amendments to the zoning code and the subdivision code in the Alpine Development Code.
o The text amendments to the zoning code are a mix of clerical updates to code typographical errors and amendments that affect land use regulation. The land use regulation updates include:
An update to land use authority provisions for home occupation business license permits
An update to accessory building distance requirements from the main structure on a property
An update to what classifies as related facilities to swimming pools
A few new definitions added to the ยง3.01.110 Definitions section of the Chapter 3 zoning code
