Public Notice is hereby given that the Oakley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and take possible action: Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. Anchor location at: 960 W. Center Street Also available at: ZOOM Meeting I.D. 820 258 4629 The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments and take possible action regarding: Plat Amendment affecting Elkhorn Ranch Subdivision, Lot 2. Plat amendment proposes change/add to building envelope. No easement or right-of-way affected. AND Conditional Use Permit for a 2,310 sq ft accessory building (per Oakley City Code 13-4-19) for personal indoor recreation use. PLEASE NOTE: Public comment will be received during the Public Hearing section of this meeting. Please keep your comments to 3 minutes. Public comments can also be sent to stephanie@oakleycity.com. These comments will be reviewed by Commissioners prior to meeting of Planning Commission.
