PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 PM.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION
PUBLIC MEETING
1. Jenkins at Three Farms Phase 1 PRUD Subdivision - 1st Amendment - PLAT AMENDMENT
The applicant, Ivory Development LLC, is requesting approval of a plat amendment for Lot 101 and Parcel E, which would transfer approximately 114 square feet from Lot 101 to Parcel E to accommodate a neighborhood identification sign. The property is located at approximately 14 South Freedom Farms Drive (3100 West).
2. Layton Ridges Subdivision - 2nd Amendment - PLAT AMENDMENT
The applicant, JoEllen Grandy, representing Layton City, is requesting amended plat approval for Lots 4 and 6 of the Layton Ridges Subdivision for the purpose of vacating the Bonneville Shoreline Trail easement creating Parcel C which will be the new trail easement. The property is located at approximately 3194 East Layton Ridge Drive.
3. Layton Midtown - DEVELOPMENT PLAN AMENDMENT
The applicant, Doug Rich, is requesting a development plan amendment approval for a 28-unit townhome development in the MU (Mixed-Use) zone. The amendment proposes changing the exterior design materials for each townhome unit. The property is located at 1481 North Hill Field Road.
