NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF DESERT EDGE PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 WILL HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING ON TUESDAY, JULY 21, 2026, AT GRANTSVILLE CITY OFFICES, 429 E MAIN STREET, COMMISSION CHAMBERS, GRANTSVILLE, UTAH 84029

Members of the public may express their views to the Boards on matters that affect the Districts. Comment will be limited to three (3) minutes.
C. Consent Items
1. Approve the draft minutes of the board meeting held on April 15, 2026.
2. Approve and ratify payment applications and requisition requests made since last Board meeting.
D. Action Items
1. Consider accepting Q2 financial statements for calendar year 2026.
2. Consider approval of the Payment Details Report.
E. Administrative Non-Action Items
1. Open meeting discussion with Board members of any public infrastructure business.
