NOTICE OF PROPOSED ANNEXATION AND CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION WEST WARREN-WARREN WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the West Warren-Warren Water Improvement District (the 'District') will consider and may adopt a resolution approving an annexation petition submitted by SCOTT CARLSON on behalf of the owners of certain real property KNOWN AS LITTLE MOUNTAIN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT.
Description of Proposed Action
The proposed action is the approval and acceptance of a petition for annexation of certain real property known as Little Mountain Industrial Development; parcel numbers: 100410035, 100410036, 100410040,100410041, 100410042 into the boundaries of the West Warren-Warren Water Improvement District. If approved, the property will become subject to all District rates, fees, rules, regulations, and obligations applicable to properties within the District.
Description of Affected Area
The affected area is a parcel of real known as Little Mountain Industrial Development; parcel numbers: 100410036, 100410035, 100410041,100410042, 100410040, located in the West Warren area of Weber County, Utah, as more particularly described in Exhibit A to the proposed resolution.
