- Notice is hereby given that members of the Board will be attending a workshop presented by Utah State University regarding current cloud seeding research in Utah. The purpose of the workshop is for board members to receive information and learn about ongoing scientific research related to cloud seeding, including current studies evaluating its effectiveness and impacts. A quorum of the Board may be present; however, this is an educational workshop only. No Board business will be conducted, and no action or decisions will be taken by the Board during the workshop.
