Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, UT 84628 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Eureka City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Work Meeting at 6:30 pm and their Regular Meeting at 7:00 pm, at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church St., Eureka, UT 84628. The agenda for the meetings is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda may be accelerated, or the line items may be discussed in any order.) 6:30 pm Work Meeting 1. Review ordinances and discuss where certain ordinances need change or updating. 2. Review of potential Subdivisions 3. EPA Covenants. 4. Annexation Procedures. 5. Conditional Use Permits. A. Neils Wright. 6. Adjournment to Regular Meeting. 7:00 pm Regular Meeting. 1. Welcome/Roll Call. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Reading/Approval of the Minutes. 4. Report of Officers - Boards - Committees 5. Discussion/Action Items: A. Irene Heninger - Inquiry concerning Zoning/Conditional Use Permit for 321 W. Main St., Eureka, Utah. B. Conditional Use Permits. - Neils Wright. C. Discussion and voting on ordinance changes as discussed during the work meetings. D. Review of potential Subdivisions. E. Annexations Procedures. F.
