Pleasant Grove Historic Preservation Commission Meeting Agenda Meeting Date and Time: Thursday, July 16, 2026, 7 PM Meeting Place: Old Town Hall (105 South 100 East) Opening Motions Excused: Motion to begin meeting: Second: Motion to approve June meeting minutes: Second: Monthly Subcommittee Check-in Reports Conduct subcommittee monthly check-in reports from subcommittee heads: Preservation (Chris Schow) Discuss SHPO grant application. Community Outreach (Amy Wadley) - Make assignments to staff the July 20 Main Street walking tour. - Discuss the August 17 walking tour. - Seek a volunteer to oversee our Instagram account. - Outline the fall lecture plan. - Discuss Christmas at the Old Town Hall event and make assignments with deadlines (i.e., contact school choirs at the beginning of the school year). Archives (Sharalyn Howcroft) History & Publications (Laurel Cunningham) Present status of the 200 South walking tour book. Other Business Items 1. Discuss Heritage Festival with Andi Veenker and Ashlyn Harker. 2. Talk about adding an attendance component to our bylaws. 3. Brainstorm our major FY 2026-2027 projects and review projects not completed in FY 2025-2026.
