Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold a Work Meeting on Monday, July 13, 2026. The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm. The meeting will be held at 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah 84628.

1. Shay Morrison, Community Advisor - Review of Resolution for Eureka City Creating a Compensatory Time and Administrative Compensatory Leave Policy.
2. Dan Fechner, City Engineer.
3. SCADA Improvements: Discussion with Andrew Robinson (Full Spectrum).
4. Tyler Elliott - Request for Equipment Purchase: 500 Gal. Fuel Cell to put on trailer and fence repair/replacement at City Park.
5. Personnel Matters: Employee Compensatory Time and Pay during Evacuations.
6. Post Fire Review: Discussion regarding recent fire events.
7. Recreation Committee: Onboarding for Chelsey Bradley, Bree Skinner, Gary Skinner and Brikki Draper.
