Notice is hereby given that the Garland City Council will hold a work session meeting at 6:00 p.m., followed by a City Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. or thereafter on the 15th day of July 2026, at the Garland City Building. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs. The agenda shall be as follows:
