PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of Weber Fire District will hold a Board meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, in the Training Room located at Weber Fire District Station 61, 2023 W. 1300 N., Farr West, Utah. Board Members may participate electronically.
Weber Fire District Board of Trustees - Meeting Agenda:
1. Call to Order
2. Pledge of Allegiance
3. Invocation
4. Public Comments - Comments will be limited to three minutes. Step to the podium, state your name and city of residence. No action can or will be taken on any issues presented during the public comment period.
5. Approval of Minutes - June 9, 2026 and June 11, 2026
6. Presentation of 2025 Budget Year Financial and Audit Report: Corey Urie, Child Richards CPAs & Advisors and Ben Probst, Gilbert & Stewart
7. Discussion and Action on the Following Resolutions
- 30-2026 - A resolution approving and authorizing the execution of a memorandum of agreement between Weber Fire District and Roy City Fire for temporary staffing assistance and operational crew exchange.
8. Public Hearing:
- Resident(s) wishing to comment on the following items will be allotted three (3) minutes to address the Board of Trustees.
o 6:00 pm (or as soon thereafter as possible) - Public Hearing for the Riverdale Annexation
o 6:01 pm (or as soon thereafter as possible) - Public Hearing for the Roy Annexation
- Adjourn Public Hearing
9. Discussion and Action on the Following Resolutions:
- 27-2026 - A resolution acknowledging Riverdale City's request for annexation, authorizing the District to proceed with the annexation process, and directing District staff to complete all necessary actions in accordance with Utah law.
- 28-2026 - A resolution acknowledging Roy City's request for annexation, authorizing the District to proceed with the annexation process, and directing District staff to complete all necessary actions in accordance with Utah law.
- 29-2026 - A resolution authorizing designated officials of WFD to establish, maintain, and administer accounts with the Utah Public Treasurers' Investment Fund.
