PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 PM.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES: PLANNING COMMISSION WORK AND REGULAR MEETINGS - June 9, 2026 and June 23, 2026.
PUBLIC HEARING
1. Amber Lane Subdivision - REZONE
The applicant, Tom Day, is requesting to rezone 1.73 acres from A (Agriculture) to R-S (Residential Suburban) for the development of two single-family lots. The property is located at approximately 75 North 1550 West.
2. Layton Main Street - REZONE
The applicant, Seth Teague, is requesting to rezone 0.61 acres from C-H (Planned Highway Commercial) to MU (Mixed-Use) for a townhome development. The property is located at 1596 North Main Street.
