- NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA FOR ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL JULY 8, 2026 2:00 P.M. Notice is hereby given that the Community Development Director of Springville City will hold an Administrative Approval meeting at the Springville City Civic Center Community Development Department located at 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. The Director will consider the following: 1. Unified Business Alliance is seeking preliminary plan approval for Lakeside Landing in the area of 400 S 2500 W within the LLSDO-Lakeside Landing Special District Overlay. 2. Arrive Homes is seeking a condominium/site plan approval for a 12-unit office warehouse project located at 920 S 2000 W within the HC-Highway Commercial Zone. 3. Craig Allred is seeking subdivision plat amendment approval for Cherrington Heights, Plat F, located at 484 S Cherrington Way within the R1-10 Single-Family Residential Zone.
