PART I - PUBLIC HEARING (Previously Noticed)
Storm Water Management Plan
The purpose of this public hearing is to receive public comment on Ogden Valley City's proposed adoption of its Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP). The SWMP serves as the City's primary framework for managing stormwater runoff and documenting compliance with the Utah Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (UPDES) Small MS4 Permit administered by the Utah Division of Water Quality. The 2026 SWMP outlines required ordinances, practices, inspection procedures, and reporting methods, including Standard Operating Procedures, checklists, and forms incorporated into a single implementation document. It is the intention of the Ogden Valley City Council to consider adoption of the SWMP on July 21, 2026.
As a matter of City practice and transparency, the following documents have been made available for public review at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the public hearing:

PART II- City Council Meeting
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, immediately following the close of the public hearing described in Part I above, the Ogden Valley City Council will convene a City Council Meeting in July 7, 2026 at Huntsville Town Hall, Council Chambers, 7474 East 200 South, Huntsville, Utah, for the purpose of conducting its regularly scheduled City Council meeting. The City Council meeting will convene at 6:10 pm, or as soon thereafter as may occur following the completion of the foregoing public hearing.
This meeting notice is provided separately, as required, notwithstanding that it is held consecutively with the public hearing. Notice of the special meeting complies with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act, Utah Code Title 52, Chapter 4.
