PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Milford City Council will hold the following Public Hearings Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Milford City Administrative Office, 26 South 100 West, Milford, Utah.
Hearing 1: Milford City Annexation Policy Plan
The purpose of this public hearing is to hear public comments regarding the proposed Annexation Policy Plan. The Annexation Policy Plan identifies the City's proposed expansion area and establishes criteria to guide future annexation decisions over a 20-year planning horizon.
Hearing 2: Milford City General Plan
The purpose of this public hearing is to hear public comments regarding the proposed Milford City General Plan. The General Plan is a long-range policy guide for future growth, development, and community decision making.

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Milford City will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs.
