A resolution of the Draper City Council acting as the governing body of the Traverse Ridge Special Service District certifying a tax rate for the 2027 taxable year. Staff: John Vuyk.

5.a Public Hearing: Ordinance #1726
An ordinance of Draper City amending the text of Titles 9 and 17 of the Draper City Municipal Code related to corner lots. Staff report by Todd Taylor.
5.b Public Hearing: Ordinance #1727
An ordinance of Draper City adopting text amendments to Section 9-31-040 of Draper City Municipal Code regarding standards for the creation of Detached Accessory Dwelling Units. Staff report by Todd Draper.
5.c Public Hearing: Ordinances #1728, #1729, and #1730
Ordinances of Draper City amending the Official Land Use Map of Draper City, the Official Zoning Map of Draper City, and approving a Development Agreement for approximately 1.95 acres located at approximately 762 W. 12300 S. Known as the Kuwahara Nursery Land Use Map and Zoning Map Amendments and the Kuwahara Nursery Development Agreement. Staff Report by Todd Draper.
5.d Action Item: Resolution #26-35
A resolution approving an agreement with Ace Recycling and Disposal Inc. for residential solid waste and recyclable material collection services on public streets in Draper City. Staff: Scott Cooley.
