The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 P.M. or as soon
thereafter as possible, on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, in the Lindon City Center, 100 North State
Street, Lindon, UT, to consider the following items:
MS Properties is requesting an amendment to the Development Agreement between MS
Properties and Lindon City, which was executed in January 2008. The proposed
amendment would terminate and dissolve the existing Development Agreement between
the parties.
A request to amend the Lindon City zoning map for the properties identified by Utah County
Parcels 14:060:0070, 14:060:0067, 14:060:0073, 14:059:0050, 14:059:0049, 14:059:0051,
14:059:0053, 14:059:0001. The proposal is to amend the current zoning from Regional
Commercial (RC) to General Commercial (CG).
All interested parties are invited to attend and present oral and/or written comments regarding
this petition. Interested parties are encouraged to provide written testimony prior to the meeting
