Proposed Annexation Policy Plan

Public Notice is hereby given that the Cornish Town Planning and Zoning commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, starting at 6:00 PM, in the Cornish Town Hall: 4788 W 14300 N, Cornish, Utah. The meeting will also be available via Zoom. Please email your request for a link to the ZOOM Meeting to clerk@cornish.utah.gov and the link will be forwarded to you. You may also call the town clerk at 435-754-3067 to make arrangements to have the link information forwarded to you.
Purpose of Hearing:
To receive public input, questions, and comments regarding the adoption of the Cornish Town proposed Annexation Policy Plan, as required by Utah State Law.
Reviewing the Proposed Annexation Policy Plan:
The proposed Annexation Policy Plan is available for public inspection upon request from the Town Clerk. Please call 435-754-3067 or email clerk@cornish.utah.gov to request to view the proposed plan.
Public Participation:
All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and provide comments, either in person or by submitting written comments to the Town Clerk prior to the hearing at clerk@cornish.utah.gov
Special Accommodations:
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this hearing should notify the Town Clerk at 435-754-3067 at least 48 hours prior to the hearing.
