A Municipal Corporation will hold a regular meeting
on the 2nd day of July 2026.
At the Council Chambers
19 South Main, Helper, Utah.
The meeting shall begin at 6:00 p.m.

1- Call to order.
2- Pledge of Allegiance.
3- Roll call.
4- Public Comment.
5- Approval of the minutes from the June 18, 2026 council meeting and the June 26, 2026 special meeting.
6- Discussion and possible approval of appointing a Library Board Member.
7- Discussion and possible approval of appointing a Planning and Zoning Board Member.
8- Discussion and possible approval of closing Main Street from the Public Works parking lot to the Post Office on Saturday, Sept. 26 for Heart for Helper event.
9- Discussion and possible approval of local area consent for Heart for Helper event Saturday, Sept. 26.
10- Discussion and possible approval of closing Helper Main Street and rescinding Noise Ordinance on July 31 for the Legends After Dark 3-on-3 Fundraiser Tournament for Carbon High School.
11- Discussion and possible approval of Resolution 2026-11, A Resolution Updating Garbage Rates.
12- Discussion and possible approval of purchasing Wi-Fi hotspots for the Police Department patrol vehicles.
13- Discussion and possible approval of pursuing the COPS Hiring Program grant through the USDOJ.
