6. Approval of Minutes - The minutes of City Council meeting from June 15, 2026.
7. Consent Agenda - (Items do not require public comment or discussion and can all be approved by
a single motion. The following consent agenda items will be presented for approval:
a) Interlocal Agreement with the City of Orem for third party building inspection services.
This provides back-up building inspection services if needed.
b) Lindon City Tree Board Appointment: Dan Severinsen
8. Review & Action: Updated Emergency Management Plan; Resolution #2026-20-R. The Council
will review and consider an updated Emergency Management Plan for formal adoption as
recommended by Lindon's Emergency Manager, Todd Christensen.
9. Review & Action: Bid Award for Lindon Hollow Creek Restoration project. The Council will
review and consider a recommendation by Lindon City Public Works Department to award the bid
for the Lindon Hollow Creek Restoration project to Redoubt Restoration, who scored highest on
their combined proposal, bid amount, and experience with a bid of $721,575.00.
10. Closed Session - The City Council will discuss potential purchase or sale of real property per Utah
Code 52-4-205(1)(e). This session is closed to the general public.
