Public Hearing/Discussion/Decision - Rollins Ranch Development Agreement 6th Amendment: A request for approval of a 6th amendment to the Rollins Ranch Development Agreement located in the Mountain Green area in unincorporated Morgan County. The current zoning is A-20. Administrative 7. Business/Staff Questions 8. Approval of June 25, 2026, Planning Commission Minutes 9.
