NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
STORM WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ogden Valley City Council will hold a public hearing of the City Council on July 7, 2026, beginning at 6:00 PM, at Huntsville Town Hall, Council Chambers, 7474 East 200 South, Huntsville, Utah. The City Council will hold the public hearing described in Part I below on the Storm Water Management Plan. Notice of this public hearing complies with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act, Utah Code Title 52, Chapter 4.
PART I - PUBLIC HEARING
Storm Water Management Plan
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ogden Valley City Council, acting as the municipal legislative body of Ogden Valley City pursuant to Utah Code ยง 10-3-401, will hold a Public Hearing on July 7, 2026, beginning at 6:00PM or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at Huntsville Town Hall, Council Chambers, 7474 East 200 South, Huntsville, Utah.
The purpose of this public notice is to inform the public of a scheduled public hearing regarding Ogden Valley City's proposed adoption of its Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP), and to receive public comment on the proposed plan during the scheduled hearing. The SWMP serves as the City's primary framework for managing stormwater runoff and documenting compliance with the Utah Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (UPDES) Small MS4 Permit administered by the Utah Division of Water Quality. The 2026 SWMP outlines required ordinances, practices, inspection procedures, and reporting methods, including Standard Operating Procedures, checklists, and forms incorporated into a single implementation document. It is the intention of the Ogden Valley City Council to consider adoption of the SWMP on July 21, 2026.
