The following ordinance has been passed by the Clearfield City Council:

June 23, 2026
Ordinance 2008-06 enacted a consolidated fee schedule for utilities, recreation, licensing, permits, impact fees, building rental, etc for Clearfield City Corporation. This ordinance makes amendments to excavation/street cut permit fees and waste fees.
