1. Consideration and possible action to approve Resolution R-2026-14, a resolution setting the Certified Tax Rate for
La Verkin City for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2026.
2. Consideration and possible action to approve Ordinance No. 2026-16, an ordinance amending La Verkin City
animal control code.
3. Consideration and possible action to approve the proposed LANTIS Merchandise (Fireworks) Contract and
Purchase Order for fireworks.
4. Consideration and possible action to approve Resolution No. R-2026-15, a resolution adopting an electronic
device reimbursement policy for the Mayor and City Council members to facilitate the electronic distribution and
review of city meeting materials.
5. Consideration and possible action to approve Resolution R-2026-16, a resolution prohibiting the discharge of
fireworks within the boundaries of La Verkin City during the month of July 2026.
6. Discussion regarding the irrigation project concerning citizens' backyard connection compensation.
7. Discussion regarding the July 4th and 24th celebration schedule for city council members.
