Public Meeting: Present information to the public regarding possible changes to Dust Mitigation fee. The Board will provide information regarding a proposed Dust mitigation fee increase from $125 to $150 per parcel.
Public Hearing: enter into Public Hearing so that the Public may comment.
Public Comment: Public participation regarding a potential fee change for Dust Mitigation fee. Citizens wishing to speak during public participation are asked to state their name and subdivision for the record and limit comments to a minimal duration and/or for no longer than two (2) minutes.
For discussion: CMSD Dust Fee. Discussion regarding the proposed fee increase.
