Notice is hereby given that the MIDA Board will hold a special meeting at 8:00 am on Friday, June 26, 2026.
AGENDA
1. Opening and welcome.
2. Consideration of a motion to enter a closed session for the following purposes:
A. Utah Code 52-4-205(1)(c): Strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
B. Utah Code 52-4-205(1)(a): Discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual in connection with the recruitment and hiring of a new Executive Director.
3. Adjourn closed session.
4. Adjourn meeting.

Members of the public may observe the open portion of the meeting via Zoom by using the link provided below. Following a motion and vote to enter a closed session, members of the public will be removed from the Zoom meeting and will not be permitted to attend or observe the closed session.

In the event of an absence of a majority quorum, agenda items requiring a vote will be continued to the next regularly scheduled meeting. By motion of a member of the board or committee, the board or committee may vote to hold a closed meeting in accordance with the law.
