The applicant is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to use this property to open a landscaping supply yard. This use requires a conditional use permit in this zone. This meeting is being held to provide public notice to neighboring property owners. The Planning Commission will review the application to determine compliance with applicable Ephraim City code requirements for duplex development.
