PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Fruit Heights Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to receive public comment on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 7 pm, in the Council Chambers of City Hall located at 910 S. Mountain Road, Fruit Heights, Utah, 84037.
PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
-The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments for a resolution adopting and setting
the annual compensation of elective and statutory officers.
All interested are invited to attend and make comments. Written comments may also be submitted and should be delivered to City Hall, Attention City Recorder, no later than 4 pm, Tuesday, July 7, 2026, Questions may be directed to the Darren Frandsen,
