- NOTICE AND AGENDA CENTRAL VALLEY TOWN COUNCIL MEETING June 24, 2026 Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 52-4-2, UCA, 1953 as amended, that the Central Valley Town Council will hold a regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at the Central Valley Community Center, 50 West Center Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows. The order of business may be changed as time permits. Public Hearing - CIB Funding for Water Improvements Public Comments: Close Public Hearing: 1. Meeting Called to Order: Welcome; Pledge of Allegiance; Invocation 2. Review, Discuss & Approve: Minutes - May 20, 2026 3. Review, Discuss & Approve: Monthly Financials - May 2026 4. Department and Council Member Reports: David Nielson (Roads) Susan Outzen (Planning & Zoning) Joe Reynolds (Water) Ron Cropper (Parks) Mayor Barney - 5. Review & Discuss & Approve: CIB funding for water improvements- Parker Vercimak of Jones & DeMille 6. Review & Discuss & Sign: Ethics compliance 7. Adopt: Certified Budget and Certified Tax Rate 2026; Resolution #2026-005 (Budget was approved at the May 20th Council Meeting) 8. Review & Discuss & Approve: Ordinance adopting the International Wildland-Urban Interface Code; Ordinance #2026-005 - Tyler Timmons of R6 9. Review & Discuss & Approve: Amend Consolidated Fee Schedule; Ordinance #2026-006; 10. Review & Discuss: Water rate tiers 11. Review, Discuss & Approve: Updates with Josh Christner, Town Attorney - Canal conversion - status - Honus Busk - status 12. Review & Discuss: 4th of July 13.
