a. Discussion and possible action regarding a proposed offer to purchase approximately 180 acres of city property located at approximately 400 N 1100 W
b. Discuss and possibly ratify a prior city council decision to allow Millard County to complete an RFP process on behalf of Fillmore City to provide EMS services for Fillmore City
c. Discussion regarding the Community Wildfire System (CWS) and HB48 (High Risk WUI) and possibly approve the CWS with the State of Utah
d. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 26-11 regarding an amendment to Resolution 24-20, modifying the annual rate changes and to maintain the recent energy charge adopted by the Fillmore City Council in Resolution 26-07
e. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 26-12 amending the fiscal year 2025-2026 operating budgets
f. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 26-13 approving the fiscal year 2026-2027 operating budgets
