PUBLIC HEARING:
1. PUBLIC HEARING TO RECEIVE PUBLIC COMMENT ON AMENDMENTS TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2026 (FY26) CDRA BUDGET
BACKGROUND: Staff has identified proposed expenditures that do not have budget authority, or which exceed FY25 budget authority and require budget amendments as allowed by Utah Code Title 10 Chapter 6 Sections 124 to 129. State law requires a public hearing before the City Council approves amendments to the City budget.
RECOMMENDATION: Receive public comment.

2. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION 2026R-03 APPROVING AND ADOPTING AMENDMENTS TO THE FY26 BUDGET AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSES SET FORTH THEREIN
RECOMMENDATION: Approve resolution 2026R-03 approving and adopting amendments to the FY26 budget and appropriating funds for the purposes set forth there, and authorize the Chair's signature to any necessary documents.
