Millard County Road Department is accepting sealed bids for a 36' x 150' Telestacker Conveyer Belt with the following minimum specifications: - 460V Motors - Drive Class I head end - Drive Pulley: 18' diameter, 3/8' herringbone lagged drum - Tail Pulley: 16' diameter, CEMA Chevron wing pulley - Shafts: turned and polished - Bearings: Dodge - Conveyor splice: hydraulic top folding head section, with integral belt keeper - Undercarriage: hydraulic raise, with 7.5 hp electric pumping unit - Radial travel: 1 axle, 2 hp electric - Fifth wheel: for road travel, bolt on design - Anchor pivot: maintains tail end during radial travel - Air brake system - Brake and directional signals - Mudflaps - Manual pin adjustment - Pintle type hitch - Wireless remote control - Superior Idlers: CEMA B - Self-training idlers - Belting: 2-ply 3/16' x 1/16' 220 PIW - Flexco belt scrapers or equivalent - Overtravel limit switch - 160 feet of Type - W power cable - Manual control system - Analog hour meter Bids must include all fees and delivery to Delta, Utah. Millard County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
